Can I has some MP regen buff on RDM ?
Can I has some MP regen buff on RDM ?

The tl;dr is that Monk requires a decent amount of thought in order to get your Blitzes to align the way you want them to in buff windows without dropping or clipping Twin Snakes and your DoT.Also, just out of curiocity, how does MNK become hard/busy?
To my knowledge they barely have an offensive OGCDs other than Forbidden Chakra. Is it more mechanically difficult or rotationally confusing?
Either way, does it really feel like it needs buffs? Isn't it tied with RPR to being the strongest dps in the game right now?
I’m not concerned with healer personal damage. Nor are other serious healer mains. We’re mostly concerned with certain gameplay aspects for some of the jobs (e.g., Astrodyne is a huge source of complaints with long-time ASTs; and to a lesser extent Minor Arcana) and WHM’s MP economy right now.No need to mention them. There's no shortage of healers in any job, and they're performing fine across the board right now. The healer forum is pouring boiling acid down its own throat in protest, but they've been doing that every single day since the game launched so there's nothing to really take note of there. Yoshida is not now nor ever will entertain the idea of seriously upending how healing works as a role in FFXIV.
The latter’s MP economy is so bad. It reminds me a lot of early ShB AST where you’d be dying the rest of a fight if you had to Raise once. The two charges of Thin Air do nothing when you have multiple people dying (hello 83 normal trial in Trial Roulette), and even just basic healing once you’ve blown through your lilies is incredibly taxing. For a burst healer, I dread any situation where I may need to actually use Medica II (pre-76 levels because Rapture is still level 76 for some god-awful reason), and using Cure III once outside of a Thin Air charge is basically RIP mana pool (hello again 83 normal trial in Trial Roulette and healing Styx with only 5/8 people alive to soak it).
The rate at which WHM can so easily go OOM even with proactive Lucid and Thin Air management is staggering.
Doubtful. MND won’t help if you’re trying to recover a scuffed run because WHM has horrible recovery compared to SB and ShB WHM. It may make your heals more potent, but it won’t save you from going OOM the second things start to head south. Raising once outside of Thin Air leaves you even more MP negative than usual.Maybe the WHM gear planned for later tiers provides mana regen? Maybe a big chunk of Mind. That would solve the mana problems. Just a guess, I might be wrong. It's weird that WHM sits there with such MP problems, while the other healers don't seem to have any trouble with that.

What makes you think number of oGCDs = hard? DRG has tons and tons of oGCD and is one of the easier Jobs.Yeah, I still believe it needs a bit more though. It shouldn't sit below RDM.

Omnomnomnom 1111111111111111111 is truly the pinnacle of class design, those craaaaaaaaazy healer complaints come from nowhere.No need to mention them. I can vouch for this. Healing is fine.No need to mention them. There's no shortage of healers in any job, and they're performing fine across the board right now. Black Mage and Samurai need more fire power because of how busy they are. Meanwhile;
I don't know where and how Black Mage is any busy. I don't know if this is a mistranslation issue but saying they will buff selfish DPS so reaper and monk don't out DPS them is fairer. Also rip MCH since they are also selfish. I guess mobility is a good and valid reason to have them do no damage.
I get told that my Summoner should do less damage than Red Mage because of mobility tax since they're like a ranged physical.
Where did Summoners ever asked to have more mobility than what they had in ShB? Anyways, I hope they rethink about SMN because it is too restrictive of a rotation to be enjoyable to optimize right now.

All that I'll say is that everyone who plays the game should always be free to provide their feedback on how their job feels. You may agree with, you may not. The game designers should however always review said feedback.
This holds for all roles. Neither you nor I can or will know if Yoshi-P will make extensive changes to healing but we are free to ask for them as people who play the game.
By the way, instead of being so dismissive, perhaps if certain roles haven't been happy for quite a while, there could just be a valid reason in some cases?
I am so tired of people claiming they understand what a job needs and is when they don't even play it or even bothered leveling it, and we wonder why jobs are continually getting slower and simplified into the ground.
MNK is objectively a lot slower than SHB since they removed all but 1 of their ogcds and added them back as gcds. That's the rework in a nutshell, since the core rotation hasn't really changed since SHB. If you're going to claim removing ogcds make a job busier then you're just trolling or just plain wrong.
The biggest issue is that square just can't reconcile that some people won't play some jobs optimally. Instead of accepting that people will do that and complain about jobs being hard, they lower the skill ceiling on them. Sure it might make the more casual players happy, but even then for a job like this it's very rarely going to make someone who hated the job start loving it and want to main it. Meanwhile those who enjoyed it before feel alienated.
