Nothing really new here. A lot of the time I see those PF sitting out there with only one or two people in them so the community seems to do a decent job policing that sort of negativity.

I was literally about to bring this same thing up.

There have always been people who make these kinds of parties, and there are people who post PF for more of the classic "we just want to farm and get some clears" or "we're progressing and learning the fight" Join a different party, or you can even post for you own.

As long as there is the ability to:

A) put forth a minimal amount of effort to get other people to clear stuff for you
2) Flex on normies
C) streamline something to get it done super fast and skip stuff for quick clears/rewards/farm

There will be listings like this.

The 4k dps listing is kinda bold and you do you if you want to report it. Its like going onto reddit and twitter seeing a really pretty altered pic and reporting someone for using gshade, its gonna be on the mood of the GM if anything gets done.
