What additional character options could be added with "new faces"?

An overhaul of the character creator in general is probably the only way we're ever going to get better customization. BUt that wont happen until we get a core engine upgrade sadly.

I don't expect that to happen either - but that's my point. The devs worked around that restriction by adding a new Midlander face with the stubble pre-attached, and worked around not having enough customisation options for Hrothgar by adding two versions of each face with different hairstyles attached.

So my question is, what other things would people like to see addressed this way? The scope of it is limited of course, but it's a thing they have done already and therefore could potentially do for other races and features.
