We literally had an almost identical thread a few months ago, with a demanding title etc... That was 100% legit. There are people who actually think like the OP, out there in the wild. Could be a troll, could be legit, neither would surprise me.

It's automatic, they don't "do" anything about it. What do you think they "do" when you change about half your cosmetics with your own aesthetic bell ? But yet they don't charge you for these options. They don't do a thing, if anyone is doing something as the end user it's you just choosing different options already present there. Stop being delusional, it's just plain old sending and receiving data already pre-existing in the server. Nothing is forbidding them to add/unlock all the other options through the aesthetician's bell. It's just data packets through existing options, you do this for every interaction / action in the game.

Oh because you think Devs, graphic artists and the coders that made it possible ten years ago are getting any cut from the dozen thousands of microtransactions resulting in using and reusing their codes for the millionth time that cost them nothing and had their return in the first year or two, for 7 or 8 years of profit in and out, because you really do think even a fraction of it goes back into the hands of the devs. I see. I have been stuck trying to Fantasia my character for a week now. I used the Fantasia but whenever I log in, it tells me that to reduce server congestion character details cannot be displayed... So now I'm stuck in limbo unable to actually edit my character. I just sent $10 down the drain because Square Enix, a multibillion dollar company, can't build their servers so you can use Fantasia when the servers are stressed. This is just completely unethical. Do not sell Fantasias to people when it's impossible to use them. What is worse is that support has told me that my Fantasia CANNOT be refunded. I will be leaving a 1-star review on the Better Business Bureau website for Square Enix.

You know BBB means nothing right? Also, BBB cannot do anything or make a company do anything while yes, they sometimes reach out to companies but only to act as a mediator and that's about it.

Telling a company, they are getting a bad rating on BBB is like saying im giving a 1 star on yelp. Also, it has been sort of proven a company can pay off the BBB lol


Also not sure why post this here demanding a refund when either should post this in the tech section or contact customer support. It really feels like this is an attention seeking post like those that saying they are quitting
