We're not assuming the info in the spellcasting vid is wrong. Assuming it is wrong is just as bad as assuming it is right.

The problem is that the questions are not logical when based on information that is not credible.

As for his main concerns, about BLM not being any different/better than THM, they have already answered that in the job system notes by stating that jobs will have different parameters from classes. We know they aren't going to be the same, and judging by the role that BLM is meant to fill, there's nowhere to go but up.

What I'm doing is trying to explain to you why your view point is flawed and perhaps make people think twice about jumping on someone in this forum simply because they have an opinion that just might not be 100 percent in favor of XIV or SE.

OP wasn't jumped for asking questions.

OP looked at the info, inferred information from it, asked questions. People informed him that the information in that video is not credible and demonstrated how there is very reasonable doubt over its validity and suggested he wait a couple more days until the patch hits.

We'd all be happy if for some reason the community reps came by and threw more info at us.
The difference is, there's nothing that's very time sensitive and unbelievably important that they can tell us instead of having us wait 2 days to try it out. We know all the general information and differences between classes and jobs. We know what to expect from their AF. We know that they will have different attribute builds. We even know enough to plan our action bars on them. That's why we don't expect anything.
