    Wall to Wall pulls are perfectly normal and an acceptable way to play the game, even at low levels. Heck, I go straight from the beginning to the first boss in Sastasha without touching the clamshells, and mow everything down in the boss room. I've even done that on a fresh level 16 Gladiator a few weeks back on an alt character.

    In all my years playing I have never been able to wall to wall, I just pull 2 groups and burn them down.
