thanks Milkie, appreciated.
at least the OP has enough time to keep up on all the latest trolling terms

They might not be saying it in a way that makes people happy, but when you are spending money you should have a reasonable expectation to use what you buy yes? And it has had long congested server loads for a long while now. I may not agree with them on how they say things but I do understand them being upset.
Wise men speak because the have something to say, fools because they have to say something. - Plato - He saw the ff forums apparently.

The problem is, they can use it, and even at a time which may be convenient to them. They just refuse to use it at any time other than prime time - which, has been dwindling further and further down. They might not be saying it in a way that makes people happy, but when you are spending money you should have a reasonable expectation to use what you buy yes? So i see you joined in august for the forums. but just not decided to post to cry and become an internet Karen?
you knew of these congestions for a months time and just now decide to do this?

I understand that it's irritating but is it really that difficult to get up ten minutes earlier to change your character's appearance? If you have the appearance saved it would be very quick.

It wouldn't even take 10, or even 5 minutes. They'd be able to do it in a few clicks.

Call the GM or talk to the service representativeI have been stuck trying to Fantasia my character for a week now. I used the Fantasia but whenever I log in, it tells me that to reduce server congestion character details cannot be displayed... So now I'm stuck in limbo unable to actually edit my character. I just sent $10 down the drain because Square Enix, a multibillion dollar company, can't build their servers so you can use Fantasia when the servers are stressed. This is just completely unethical. Do not sell Fantasias to people when it's impossible to use them. What is worse is that support has told me that my Fantasia CANNOT be refunded. I will be leaving a 1-star review on the Better Business Bureau website for Square Enix.
This has nothing to do with this forum since you are so stubborn and want to use it during Prime Time
We can not help you and I have no empathy for your stubborn ether.

Smells like another troll deliberately trying to stir the pot.
A pot, which, thankfully it seems the community is finally starting to dislike being stirred.
Everyone's been affected by both the pandemic, and the issues it's caused by Endwalker's launch. Don't like it? Door's that-a-way.
People have been more than accommodating with explanations of what you can do, OP. Your fantasia works. You refuse to use it during the hours it will work. Prime time is flooded right now. Crying and moaning about it, and then being difficult like a toddler throwing a tantrum with lame excuses that basically equate to "I don't want to" when given clear and easy solutions to your issue just oozes either blatant entitlement or obvious trolling.
If it's the first, your sub is no more important than anyone else's and we're ALL dealing with the population/queues. Welcome to reality. Population: All of us.
If it's the later, at least try and step up your game. It's not even amusing as a troll thread.
you can literally do it before go to work. It's literally a 5 minutes process (assuming you created a preset in benchmark for example)Not everyone is a NEET who can play the game in early morning or late at night. I have a 9-5 job like most normal people. Since most normal people cannot use their fantasias, it's business malpractice to actually sell them. If I sell a vacuum cleaner that only works when it's 3am, I deserve to be sued by the customers. Why is it OK in a video game?
As much as I agree this is a minor issue, and the OP's rage over it is pretty funny...They do kinda have a point. They should suspend sales of Fantasia until they get their act together and can support the sale of the product.
