You lose your cards in dungeons below 30. The rest answered nothing at all
I'm not, never once did I personally say designing such a system was impossible, merely that it's not feasible, likely, or important in the slightest to the devs. I'm simply highlighting the issue that it's a colossal undertaking, and not an easy one by highlighting many examples of why it's not a simple 'just scale the potencies 4head' when there are far more factors to work with. So I asked you how you would handle the situations I proposed, in the hopes you would take the 30s it would take anyone with any objective thinking skills to realize why it's a colossal undertaking and not feasible. Also being realistic; if they took time to do this, it would 100% cut into dev time on every other battle content, since guess who'd be needed to go over every microberial detail of this new system and test it meticulously? the battle designers and number balancers. So you'd be forsaking dev time on new battle content to give a niche part of the playerbase a benefit.
Square could do it if they wanted to. But why would they? Roulettes aren't suffering from lack of players not queueing doing to synced kits (and even if they did, it'd be as ultra simple as buffing the rewards to pull back all the easy to sway people, not taking huge amount of dev time to re-dux the entire system from the ground up, ala MSQ roulette). They have a perfectly functional system in place that streamlines their development process and makes it ultra simplistic for future expansions to keep balance on old instances with no further re-balancing or thought process on their part, unlike your proposed system that would require re-balancing every single time there's a new expansion or job rework, adding additional dev overhead for no reason. There's literally zero reason dev wise to give this train of thought even a nanosecond of time. They already shot it down anyway in a live letter, so it's easy to see you either live with it, or ditch roulettes altogether, because the system isn't changing, full stop.

WAR can do that now, with current dungeons and last expansion with end game dungeons. TBH, paladin can probably pull it off too.
Balance in low level dungeons is already whack, if you have (1) player with AoE at whatever thing you're synced to, and you exist as a tank with your AoE, you can just pull everything into a boss room and so long as the healer's cool with healing you can kill that whole mess in like a minute.
Like, I literally had a 10m~12m brayflox just doing that. Me being able to push more buttons wouldn't really change the end result, but it would at least feel a little more fun.
Damage isn't the only part of any kit.
But, you're clearly not here to offer any constructive feedback on any points brought up thus far, rendering your replies little more than troll posts.
It's not gonna happen.
A level 80 kit has roughly 3 times the potency of a level 15 kit, and I imagine a level 90 would be more.
Yeah, now you do. It's at most a 6% dmg buff to one target at a time. That isn't going to break copperbell anymore than it is now. And if damage for others get scaled down too it will be even more of a non issue. At least the AST will be able to use the kit they leveled up to earn.

Take a warrior self heal monster with full kit vs a warrior at lv 30 without a singel self heal, except the 123 combo, and like two defensives, and tell me how you would scale it down to make them comparable to each other, without making the full kit warrior vastly Superior.
