I'm still allowed to state my opinion on your idea and why it shouldn't be implemented. I'm very against the idea of removing race-lock so I don't understand people's obsession with making all races the same when that would be a very horrible idea.

You've been asked for any hairstyle and your immediate reaction is to remove race lock? You want SE to spend their time alternating pre existing race-exclusive hairstyles instead of spending it bringing in new ones? It's a waste of time. Think bigger.
If you want Elezen or Roe hairstyles, switch your race to either of those races. You're not bound to play a Lalafell.

And I never suggested that only hairstyles I want should be implemented. I like people suggesting unique and genuine ideas, you know, bring something productive to the table? 'remove race-lock' is such a bland suggestion.

What's the practical difference between giving you a new hairstyle that to some people is an old hairstyle, and giving a fully new one?

Either way, you get something new, and reusing the old ones is less modelling work than a new one from scratch.

Besides, people look at "that specific hairstyle" and want it. Why move on to something else before fulfilling the specific request?
