Alliance roulette changes is needed

After reading this i obviously recognize it at any time it happens. It´s not only alliance raids, it´s normal raids, trials, pretty much everything...

SE should really do something against it. I´m personally tired of Alexander too. Shouldn´t be so hard to bring ppl into everything possible based their class-level and not gear-score right?

I think with those the biggest problem, rather than gear cheesing, is the influx of new players the last summer, which made the game have waaaay more sprouts than veterans.
I actually think it got a lot better since EW, since a lot of veterans returned and higher level duties actually also pop, but in the period before that it was impossible to get anything above 50 in levelling and trials, and anything above alexander in raids.
