BRD or DNC easier to 90 ?

DNC has dance upkeep and the management of both Standard Finish and Technical Finish—two dance buffs. One is every 30 seconds and the other is every 2 minutes. They don’t have DoT upkeep like BRD does, but they do have to maintain their dance buff just like BRD has to upkeep its song rotation.

I haven’t played EW BRD, but BRD in the past has been known for being the busier of the physical ranged due to procs. However, DNC also has RNG procs you have to keep up with. Neither is hard, though. The physical ranged role as a whole is catered to be akin to “Baby’s First DPS”.
