The splendors vendors are both tomestone vendors and raid token vendors.

They are not current Tomestone vendors as in Radz-at-Han. I am strictly speaking of current.
There is no Inn, etc. All cities should have every current amenity.

I just wish the splendors vendor near the main city aetheryte wouldn't have to wait until the expansion is no longer current. Just put out a splendors vendor next to the Sharlayan aetheryte already. The splendors vendors have much easier to use menus than the endgame counter NPCs have.
