If anything, Swift- and Dualcast should be reworked in a way where it cant be used for Res. Most Healers dont even attempt to hardcast Res anymore, at least on Chaos Datacenter, since they are way too used to simply wait on swiftcast.

This is how you instantly kill RDM and SMN, and make Prog even harder for no good reason

removing this will only ensure you won't get rezzed at all during high movement mechanics, terrible, terrible idea.
