"Poor" connection at the character selection screen.
Latency in-game.
Random disconnects.

4 months into FFXIV and the server issues since yesterday have been pissing me off.

I thought SE prides itself on gamers' feedback and prompt resolution of issues? As of now, this game is unplayable (doesn't seem like I'm the only unfortunate one here).

Although this is the first time I am encountering issues on FFXIV, the lack of response from ANYONE is seriously disappointing.

To whom it may concern, please do something about this.

thank goodness, and here i thought i was alone. the qeue Normal but the lag always happen when my character required to do certain action, its either fight mob or simply doing mundane thing like interact with object

Anyone have any updates? I am still experiencing this issue, Primal server lagging and 5-10 sec delay but i create a new character under Gaia Server no any problem. Please fix it asap, almost 2 days unplayable.

I have been having this issue for a couple days now.. Though for me when I am out solo with no other players around I have NO issue on Omega (Chaos) But as soon as there are more then 5 people around my received ping goes through the roof. We are talking jumping from around 50/100 to around 10/20K But as soon as I move away from the other players again my ping falls down right away again.. My FPS is rock solid at around 120FPS both with out players and with players.

I've just filled a bug report about this. I advice everyone else to do the same. And also pointed out that there now are multiple threads about these issues out here on the forum

Submitted a ticket. Hopefully this gets fixed quickly since I can't play the game as it currently stands, outside of some beast tribe quests.

not sure what's happening 90k all the time so same here and leg u can't actually even play the game

Yeap, many players are affected and I not sure if this issue is really because of some underwater cable got damaged. Still no response from SE.

yes been a few days people suffering and still nothing from SE tho sea cable don't sound right thing as everyone in all regions is suffering I am sure no one put a sea cable inland so that one sounds funny being from us playing in the us server what sea cable could affect me just think about that one

Does in battle lag also included ?
Cuzz suddenly i had a 3 second lag spikes whenever i'm hitting any skills on my hotbars and somehow affected my movement as well when i do the usual move early to dodge aoe since i live with 180 ping, but todays seems like way worse than i usually had
