It used to have the best animations and there still is no answer as to why they went with the worst ones.

I'd love for Scourge to come back and Power Slash. Particularly the latter because you could upgrade it from Souleater.

We lost an entire combo and multiple finishers. Sole survivor, our DoT, god dang. Somehow only the uglier stuff remained and a lot was replaced by fuschia/purple vomit instead of the cool black attacks accented by blue and/or red hues.

There clearly was a huge change in design (and visual design) direction on dark knight at some point.
This honestly feels kind of alienating when you are a long term player who started in ARR or HW, or even SB. Of course, other jobs had that treatment.
Though DRk is the only whose aesthetic got robbed by a new job lol
