They are in the data files, but now they have updated the recipe which means the possibility is there that you can catch them.

If they weren't or won't be available they would have removed them as "Dated" recipes.

I do hope so, but I'm always wary with SE @_@ tired of grinding rank 5 nodes for 200 exp >.< Or maybe they'll just add those to the existing loot tables, which is still nice something.

SE already has recipes with these fish listed on the official lodestone recipe list here:

They are most likely listed because all sand recipes are getting changed from using wind, to using fire. I doubt this means that these fish are being added. It would be nice if they were but... looking at information we have to us right now I am not counting on Fishing to get changed much this patch if at all.

Hopefully they do early patch notes tomorrow or Wednesday so we can see though!
