This would provide some cost to gaining an adder's sting alongside breaking a Eukrasian Diagnosis. This would give us an oGCD way to gain adder's stings in battle that do not need a Eukrasian Diagnosis, and cost a SGE if used incorrectly.
I would also note that I think if we were to convert an adder's gall to a sting, it would still restore some MP, this giving a pseudo method of using a gall for DMG much like a SCH can use Aetherflow for DMG
Speaking personally, just from the way I play, I'd rather have the extra addersgall available on demand. To me that's far more valuable an useful than an addersting that can be generated any time I'm willing to spend a GCD, let alone burning a much more valuable addersgall to get it.
