I have a great computer that's not the problem, the problem is I can't playing games on pc at all

you have a computer, presumably you have a controller if you have a ps5. use your controller.

because sitting up for long periods exhaust me, the controller is one thing but I don't think I can set up my computer screens to be visible in the way I physically need it in order to play without pain during the winter.

that means for like 3 months I wouldn't be able to play at all which is why I'm mostly a console player.

Use your television monitor as your computer monitor with a cheap long HDMI cord.

Most computers for many years have at least an HDMI port to use, as do TVs (even more so than monitors). You could always hook it up to your TV, assuming that's how you play XIV. Daisy-chain the cable if you must.
