It is - there are a lot of legacy code and data that means such limits exist. This has been explained many times - especially when new races are introduced and people get up in arms because they can't have hairstyle x with giant bunny ears y.

Fantasia is basically financing the entire Square Enix budget at this point. You could probably run a small country off the amount of money they make of that stuff. It is not an accident so much is locked behind it and yes it is most certainly a cash grab.
I hope not, Square Enix chash grab for this will ruin the game i saw lot of games Ruined from Greed i hope not the case here :c
You know what you're making sense.
It's making me wonder if the whole lack of Viera hair and hat is IN FACT a conspiracy...
New players, choosing a Viera as a starter race but unknowing to them Viera come with severe limitations which inevitably result in a purchase of a fantasia.
I'm onto you Square Enix.
Square Enix have extorted money from Viera and Hrothgar's limitations, but from the outside looking in it seems barely any of that money is invested back into the limited races. How much money have they made from players
fantasia'ing to and from the limited races? We want more race-exclusive hair.
We want them improved, and we want it done within a reasonable time.
Being a bit Melodramatic there friend. This will have 0 affect on the games survivability.
Does it suck for you? yeah, but to call it a cash grab on the levels of game ending greed is a bit ridiculous

Is it a cash grab? Absolutely. Is it the end of the game, world and life as we know it? Hardly.
it is more than two and i do regret every one of them, that i had to use Fantasia to change skin color only. Then i Stopped completely and also i have o right to complain about it.
