The New Face of the Male Midlander is locked behind Paywall for Veteran players
for Some People this doesn't Matter because is (Male Midlander Race) or they Okay paying more money for small things but what if this gonna be Okay in the Future and go to other Races to Your race what you gonna have to Say About it?

-For Midlander the new added face is all i wanted because of the facial hair But i have to pay to get it ...
-this is Slightly stupid Why i have to waste more money just to change face Feature ?
or Eye Color i honestly Quite getting cosplay inside my FC cuz my MC is Red Eyes which never work most what i wanted to cosplay as.
-As Fantasia should only used for Changing race, height, Eye shape, nose shape, face shape .
but Face comes with different face feature and this annoying as the new Midlander is have the facial hair the always wanted and i cant get it i paid For Sub and Endwalker expansion now they want me to pay more for fantasia for small things :c

I had no idea the facial hair required a fantasia to get... What a cash grab. I'm usually one who defends SE but I got to say this is beyond cheeky of them. It is obvious that facial hair should be something the aesthetician should be able to give you.

They can't add further customization options to the char creator without completely overhauling the entire game backend. Unfortunately.

Yeah, the 'facial stubble' thing is because they had to add it as a whole new face option. Which is super unfortunate, but that's where we are with this character creator; it's less "they are charging for this option which they just added" and more "this option people repeatedly asked for had to be implemented as a whole new face, which is a thing that currently requires fantasia".

That said, what with the fact that I understand Hrothgar require a change to their entire face to get new hairstyles (for presumably similar reasons), I feel like you could make a solid argument that changes within your current race/gender should be doable at the aesthetician at this point. Yeah, it doesn't work lore-wise, but from the standpoint of convenience, it would be reasonable. Then you'd only need a fantasia if you want to change from, say, female miqo'te to male viera or whatever.

Which plenty of people still do fairly often, so it's not like fantasia wouldn't still sell in bulk.

The formatting of the OP is hard to read, but I've been a supporter for changing the aesthetician options to "everything but race and sex" for a long time now. It's obvious the dev team has drawn the line at things that could logically be changed from the perspective of our characters (i.e. you can cut and dye your hair but you can't get new eyes or change your face shape), but it seems like a really strange choice of thing to care about being verisimilar in a game where everyone is flying through the air on elephants and gorillas. They'd still make money from the usual suspects buying fantasia to change race.

You Are wrong because they can add face and Eye color option to Aesthetician, but the Didn't these options will not overhauling the entire game backend.
