It kind of bugs me in general that a lot of important NPCs like Yugiri, Aymeric and Ryne just...don't exist unless you're specifically on a quest that involves them.

The Scions are the only major NPCs who tend to be somewhere in the world at any given time.

Talking of which, where's Urianger and Thancred? They are the only ones I haven't found post MSQ.
