So just to be clear,
"Implementation of the aforementioned features will begin in the third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 31, 2013."
So when is that? November 2013?
No, Free Companies, delivery and mail, free company estates, PvP (Colosseum and Frontlines) or Auction House at launch of 2.0.
I don't know why it took me so long to see that sentence and haven't seen it mentioned anywhere in the OP's thread.
Edit: Actually, i remember being confused by this before, so this is the second time it got me!

This is one of the reasons for making this post. If there is a features that someone really wants then you can make your own thread about it so maybe devs will focus more on that one and get it done sooner.
Also I don't intend for everything in the post to be taken as 'this will be in the launch of 2.0' but rather this are things they are working on that won't happen until 2.0 or later.

Just too bad most will read it as "not before march 2013". SE really need to work on their formulations.
And actually, even if they did mean oct-dec 2012, it still means the development process is planned to start in oct-dec, so there will be no player housing, no free companies and no mail system at launch. Which is rather disappointing, mail system at least is a must.

Have you seen the raging when something is delayed by 1 week on these forums?Just too bad most will read it as "not before march 2013". SE really need to work on their formulations.

They are making a 4 month window, so when people say where is xxx and decide to rage SE can say "we said the 3rd quarter ending march 2013" I would imagine they are working for them before then but because these are some of the most wanted/needed features they are having long estimates.
I do agree atleast a mail system needs to be ready for 2.0 release, and we can only hope it happens, but I would think its adding alot of leyway for any delays.
They'll just have to make sure 2.0 doesn't seem as incomplete as 1.0 at launch, though I guess that's what the open beta will be for.
Can someone please point me to where this was stated?In-game voice in all four languages (Japanese, English, French, and German) after version 2.0. pdf
I don't remember reading anything about that in the pdfs.
