ok i found a quick fix, i downloaded cloudfare warp https://1.1.1.1/ and voila, its working like normal! from singapore and using singtel too.

Hi, I have the same issue as well.
Though I can resolved using VPN, but would like this to be fixed.

I noticed that the URL used for version check, http://patch-bootver.ffxiv.com/http/...21-12-19-03-50, seemed to be displaying something not expected by the game client.
It displayed a iframe which has the message, "The website has been blocked as per order of Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology under IT Act, 2000."

Indian here as well, and having this error. Tried 1.1.1.1 and it didn't change anything.

Same issue from sg and using singtel. It seem to be ISP problem as I was kick out of game early morning and couldn't log back in since... internet was fine as I was watching youtube.
Going to contact Singtel to ask but I doubt the customer service will have any resolution beside telling me to restart my network equipment...

Probably an issue along the route. Or something blocking the launch URL completely as someone noted above.

Lol I also want to know. I went from searching the web for a VPN with a free trial to accidentally charging my account with a 100 dollar subscription. Been one hell of a stupid morning thanks to my impulse.
