ARR and Heavensward flying suggestion

Aether Compass got introduced when HW Came!
HW Offered larger maps designed for flying in mind. Its bit of excuse "why" you are able to fly its aether current Lore-wise.
They made it easier for new players having to gather half of what we used to gather.
Usually we wont fly until we reach max level of that expansion (HW being max lv60). Due to some places are "locked" within the same map and msq triggers that.

Back in the days .. ARR did not have flying until recently.(not sure how long ago?)
We had to travel on land before
