Viera and Hrothgar Megathread

It's not my fav either but I've seen the ponytail look pretty good on Viera with darker hair and fuller, slightly more raised eyebrows, it seems to balance out the fivehead better.

For female Viera specifically I'd like to see 'Great Lengths', 'Gyr Abanian Plait', 'Form and Function', 'Samsonian Locks' and 'Both Ways'. I think the twin braids default hairstyle and Y'shtola's Modish hairstyle from Mogstation would look good on Viera too.

But just adding Great Lengths would shut me up.

I don't think so, the ponytail has that issue for a lot of races and it isn't necessarily a problem for just Viera, the standard positioning for the hairline on Ponytails is pretty high up.


Great Lengths has a pretty normal hairline position for all races that can use it, and through "certain means" () people have been using it on Viera and it looks great. There's a possibility they'd botch it of course but it should be fine.

Yeah, 'Great Lengths' hairline does seem to line up much better. It should be about as high up as a typical viera hair. I'd like to see more similarly long hairstyles anyway, it should be the player's choice to use them.

I wish SE added those hairstyles! I was somewhat hype at launch till I checked what we got. Killed my mood for that day. One will think a race with almost no headgear at least will get hairstyles...

And now, seen how almost all headgear from current expansion still don't show I'm resigned that any unlockeable hair will also not work for my char...

Viera would be pretty much the perfect race, if they got frequent updates with quality hairs, even if they still had headgear limitations.
