I asked in a previous iteration of this kind of thread, but: Why would a week or two delay be unacceptable? Creating an extra time buffer to get as many “msq-only” players through the game seems like the best option here, so why not?

I agree with the proposal.
Many of my friends have not even been able to play and let alone put together raid teams at a specific time, it would simply be very difficult (more than now) to be able to play with friends.
At least on Aether we are still seeing queues over 5K and wait times 6+ hours to get into game. Have had to cancel some group nights already because if somebody gets a 90k error they can't get back in.
At this rate savage raiding will be full of groups who can't play because they can't get into the game.
Oh, I agree. There's already been enough delays, especially for raiders. It probably shouldn't happen again for a while.
Terrible idea, delaying content won't solve any current issues.
Sure, if they extend my subscription again.
Solid disagree. The raids aren't going anywhere and it sure isn't the end of the world if you don't get to clear it the first day the raid drops.
