    Er, aren't Bloodwhetting and Nascent Flash now fundamentally the same effects, just on different targets? I'm still not sure how you went from claiming PLD is the best to demanding PLD buffs.

    Read again....

    We didn't understand how strong Bloodwhetting is, now we do. It's stronger than SHBs Nascent Flash by miles. Bloodwhetting caps your health back in seconds, considering the healing can critical alone.
