weren't they supposed to fix the 2002 as well? I keep getting them for the best of half an hour and it ruined my Heaven on High run

Yup, this is basically the issues that have been going on, and yet there is still much blame on the users connection rather than actually looking at the data to see that it has nothing to do with the users connection causing these drops.

I was just knocked out of an active Dungeon and was not able to get back into the game. This type of action has got to be stopped.

it's fun. get kicked from a 90k and now can't even get through the que without getting 2002'd and pushed to the end of the line because of it. 7 days free is a paltry excuse for an apology when these issues continue to get worse.
"Player side connection issues" yes it's my fault I can't connect to your crappy servers...thanks NTT for ruining my day
Just got a 2002 error while in queue and I alt-tabbed into pingplotter to see this:
These random packet loss 4 minute long "hiccups" need to seriously be resolved, this is insane
oh look! 204.2.229.230 the California NTT America server's at it again, it's right there fix it it's not that complex is it?
