Endwalker Collectors Edition - Figurine knee and leg broken off - poor quality

Watching some unboxings i found that you only have to place the frontal part, so not only the sword was broken but all the body in my case.

When i opened it i thought you have to place the body on the base but it seems i'm wrong.

I wonder if the problems are stemming from who is actually handling the packages? I've noticed that even though mine has strangely not shipped yet but yet I have a tracking number is that for me they are not using DHL like they normally do ( for me at least that is ) but using USPS or at least that's what I'm seeing for myself.

Of course I cant exactly say that is the problem but I'm wondering if its part of it.

Mine arrived with both legs broken, sword seems fine... worst collectors edition box yet... I've reached out to support but I'm expecting no solution based on other users on Reddit. Seems very common.

i’ve bought every collectors edition for FFXIV since 1.0 and the Endwalker figure is ridiculous. Not only are people receiving their figures destroyed but even mine which didn’t arrived damaged is a bummer. Look at the size of this thing next to the Shadowbringers figure… and look at that head… that hair and face… what in the world happened here?! The only other figure that’s this bad was the Heavensward CE Midgardsormr figure but that was their first FFXIV figure. i guess we’re going backwards in quality now.

Turns out the leg and sword was broken. Actually, most of mine was broken. Supremely pissed about this. Will be submitting a ticket with support. They better be sending out replacements is all I can say.

Here’s a comparison between the figure shown during the Fanfest keynote in May and the final product. Even though it’s a stream quality image you can clearly see the difference. The final product looks like a bootleg knock off. Besides the size apparently, which i still can’t believe it’s this small for how much it cost.
