More QoL stuff, maybe expand housing. More hairstyles, more pets. Can't wait to see what island farming is about. More glams, more beast tribe quests to earn things. Side stories with the races we do have. Lots of possibilities.
Enjoy Life you only get one.
Hrothgals and then improving the current character customization suite with more options for facial hair, faces, markings, maybe even some default hairstyles etc
I kind of want to see them upgrade the engine for 7.0. Don't get me wrong, They have done a phenominal job with the game so far, But I'm pretty sure they've hit the limit on how far they can push this engine.
I'm not saying to rip the engine out and port to a whole new engine. Just a version upgrade to the existing one that is now 10 years old.
Upgrading the engine would probably give them a lot more freedom on improving a whole range of limited things.
Kinda actually hoping for this eventually, people have been mentioning lack of some aspects of content like new models for gear this expac and while it's very possible it was budgeting related, i pondered to myself if it's because they're slowing down on new asset creation while they work on updating the engine to something more sustainable for the long term growth of the game, especially with the recent population explosionI kind of want to see them upgrade the engine for 7.0. this is a pipe dream for me but it would be amazing

I could see additional clans for existing races being a thing. I imagine that would take less effort than a whole new race, since all the most laborious, time-consuming elements (I.e base models, animations, gear fitting, etc.) have already been done. They would just have to add a few new textures, skin colors, maybe some new face and accessory models, and maybe some new voices.
Tail armor!
I really really miss non-clipping armor in 1.0
I know there is a little in endwalker. But not on my job.
Commendations.
If I play dps I only give it out to other dps.
If I play tank I only give it out to healers.
If I play healer I only give it out to tank.
Only if they should be getting a commendation.
There are always exceptions to the rules!

id like it if every race had equal amounts of customisation.
maybe there weould be more female elezen if they didnt have only 3 faces and a running animation as if somethings stuck up their arse.

They literally never said "there will be no more playable races". Just that it will be a long while/unlikely.
Anyway every existing race but Miqo'te and Lalafell need their animations seriously refined, because the difference in quality and care between those two and the rest is very jarring.
We will be getting female hrothgar between now and 7.0. Hoping it won't take them a full two years for it, but wouldn't be surprised since male hrothgar need some serious work.
