Just because some people doesn't have insane queue and 2002 error fiasco it doesn't mean there isn't any issue. It is quite disturbing that there are still quite a few fanboys who support SE team on this and call it as a successful launch... I understand they take this insane queue issue seriously but they need to do way better. Stop blaming on users and fix your things. Giving away free game time allowance, which kinda pointless with this queue, isn't going to make anyone happy.

And to be quite frank, you're from Tonberry. Any issues logging in were 90% your own fault for staying on Tonberry during launch. You joined back in 2015, so you were WELL aware that Tonberry was going to have bad login issues, so you should have visited another world or logged in during off peak hours.

Everyone is able to play, just not as much as we want to.
The server are stable and I have not experienced any bugs.

And when you don't have the time to play in the evening, have you tried to go to bed early and play for a few hours in the morning?
Even on a Sunday at 11am you have no queue.

Just change your sleep pattern, drop responsibilities and re-evaluate your real life schedule, bro, then you will be able to play. What, you thought you are gonna buy a game and play whenever you have free time? Aren't you a little too demanding?
Besides, "Everyone is able to play" is simply not true, but there is already a topic about that ('Casual players locked out of FFXIV for indefinite time!')

Other than queues the game has run perfectly.

So yes, the launch is a huge success as the game itself is an 11/10.

They already explained why there are issues with queues and most of it isn't their fault. It was just the perfect storm of so many huge events happening within the same time frames.

What's with you complainers always going to the "Extreme". Please. There are 24 hours a day and I doubt you're working more than 8-12 hours a day. You're telling me that you cannot find some time to log in between work and sleep?

Heck, I go to the gym after work for over an hour (8-12 hour shifts) and I meal prep. Yet I still find time to get on and play FF14 for an hour or so.

It was too successful for SquareEnix to handle. Though in their defense shit happened.

From an individual player perspective that's subjective. Granted I can't login because my power company is an absolute joke, but I couldn't login when I did have power so if you asked me was it successful I would still say yes, but it was successful at being super annoying. Granted I have ascended to true annoyance. That being having to throw out all my food.

But overall I would say that the people who can actually play it seem to love it so I would say yes it is even though I wanted to be a shit head about it.
