    I'll call them first thing today once they open. If nothing else, I have plenty of experience in dealing with that sort of thing so I should be able to get someone to do something. If SE won't call them, I will.

    The: "We're aware of the problem but SE needs to contact us" is ridiculous. They don't need SE's permission to FIX a problem on THEIR end. That'd be like Verizon saying: "We're aware that the internet to the entire town is out, but the mayor has to call us for us to fix it." That makes ZERO sense.

    It would be interesting to see if they would even work with you on this. Considering it is an NTT issue it's possible they may, but still curious as to how well that will go.
