I don't agree about abouing refunds.the game is playable but I do agree that they should allow people to pause their subs and give more game time. I personally don't get the 2002 error and the highest number in queue was 5000.
Have you been paying attention to the forums and how every day more and more people, including former white knighs and fanboys, are expressing their discontent with the current queue issues?
Read the room, buddy. The only troll that can't empathize with other people's problems because they don't affect them, and the one who should take some timeout from the forums, is you.

They will do something will fast if bunch get together and start a class action lawsuit against SE for the huge queues. I read they can be since there charging everyone a sub and its not a free to play game.

Dear "lezard21"Almost 10 days of promises of "we are working on it, we are working on it" and whiteknights saying "it will get better, this is standard MMO launch procedure since 420 B.C, I am an MMO historian"
and the
GAME.
IS.
STILL.
UNPLAYABLE.
So start issueing refunds before you become WoW2 and everyone moves to Lost Ark.
the game itself is not unplayable. people such as yourself, especially on congested servers, are unable to log in.
the game itself is fine. plays wonderfully in fact, and I have played daily since EA. yes there are queues, but the game itself is very playable, and many have in fact, played it.
the ACCURATE and not lying declaration would be it is hard, nearly impossible for people like yourself to log in. these are not the same thing as the game being "unplayable"
yes, it is understood you are angry, frustrated etc, by your inability to get past the login, you have made that exceedingly clear. so have many others and rightfully so.
however, that game being unplayable is false, plain and simple. you would do well to keep that in mind.
(by the way, being insulting to people is not a good look either, but thats just a life observation ^^)

If you want a refund, then request it?
(Of course, it's not a refund the OP actually wants. It's ongoing chaos)

To say that the game is "completely unplayable" is an extreme hyperbole. The game is playable. You can play it. The servers work. It is hard to get in, but they work.
I've had long queues. Sure, I'm lucky to work straight afternoons, so the queues when I get home from work are not horrendous. But on weekends they are. I can see the problems. I've had 2002 errors, been booted from queues multiple times, been unable to connect to my data center, so I get the annoyance. But the game IS playable, albeit hard to get in. But once I get in, I have no experienced lag, I have not been disconnected, I have not seen any bugs.
Just because you have a hard time getting in to the game because of your schedule does not mean that the game in and of itself is broken. It's definitely strained. But unplayable and broken? No.
They are refunding the lost time by giving out more time. Enjoy your court fees. Or your nap. Whichever action you choose to take.
