    I think there's a dev quote that says they're 100% obtainable from quests. But what the quests entail, I have no idea.

    It is indeed 5 skills each, likely get one upon unlocking it. They did release details of all 5 for each job

    Hopefully "100% questable" would require completion of bosses within the dungeons ;_; i'd be ok with a boss for each gear slot. Head slot boss, chest slot boss, yadda yadda. would love a source on that though
