I sent in a bug report, because the gold armor I'd made in shadowbringers was not displaying as gold anymore.

Real Money gold dye used on an artifact armor no longer displayed as gold.

Reply demand things like my video card settings, and to reply to it and send it in, only it was also marked as closed, so I COULDN"T reply to it. And due to how the game is setup, I couldn't just copy paste the reply into a new one.

After three times I got a survey, claiming that they wanted my opinion on how they resolved my issue. My still unresolved issue. The issue that at no time did any human actually look at or deal with. So yes, I gave a rather scathing review of the support system. A bit unfair because I never actually got INTO the support system, I was bounced by the automated gate keepers.

Likewise I expect this post to be filted into general within an hour or two, even though I am clearly stating a bug.

And requesting a resolution:

"5 items of metalic golden dye (either kind)"

The automated systems in here are going to reply about not being able to help, and to file this in game. Leading to the second bug report.

Secondary error:

Bug report system seems ill equipped to handle errors that arn't on the client side of the architecture.


I am unable to give the system specs of the server that has the error on it that destroyed my gold dye, nor would it actually help, would it?
