I did catch the I'm not being respectful in past posts. I give respect to people who give me respect. You dug yourself into a hole admitting what I've been arguing all along. I still haven't seen your response to this. I know it's embarrassing, but you not acknowledging it is even worse.

I stated that it would be stupid to spend a superfluous amount of money on scalped hardware to overcome a problem that will resolve itself before the hardware is received, setup, and put into production. SE knows this already. That's also assuming that the hardware in question is even available via scalpers. There's more that's in short supply than JUST the coprocessors, they're just the key component and shortest supply.

I've posed several questions that you have tried to avoid, though. Still waiting on answers to those.

The problem will not be resolved by itself. The deception of users is already now. They collected money and are not going to fulfill the services for which they received money. It is strange that you encourage violation of the law. And it is a pity that you and the like you can not bring to justice as you deserve.

They have not deceived the consumer... They stated prior to pre-order sales being processed that due to the inability to secure server hardware, there would likely be login issues. They actually said it multiple times. They also haven't broken any laws. Nice try at inciting a witch hunt, though.

"Login issues" is a rather broad statement unfortunately. It could mean anything from the occasional disconnect to literal thousands not being able to play for extended periods of time. Unfortunately its the latter. While it's a bit late now, they honestly should have mentioned how bad it COULD get. There might be a lot less upset people.
