Six days, prime time log-in cues are over 4k. Takes an hour plus to get into the game, that IS unacceptable. I have been gaming since 97 and have not seen a company fail to resolve access issues in this manner. They allow free-to-play access over and above paying customers. That will cost them. They can prioritize, but they do not, and that is insulting. Every US server is swamped, and they should have anticipated this based on the stature of the gaming community at this point in time. This failure is comparable with the original release of FFXIV. No excuse.

If you have been gaming since 97 and have never experience a queue for a game. You must have recently came to online gaming. I been gaming since 92 and this is the worst launch I have experience by SE. How ever it is not the worst launch I have experienced.

Fun fact, Shadowlands has been the only retail Warcraft expansion released where it wasn't a complete fucking dumpster fire for every single server.

That's not totally true either. Bliz does respond quickly to correct launch issues. Played since release (just like FFXIV) and they never had this kind of login problem for six, going seven, days. Not once. IMO this launch is reminiscent of the original release of FFXIV, which was truely the worse in MMO history.
