Tbh, the most teams are probably on a well deserved vacation.
But these, responsible for the server, are in major stress and panic mode.

I just suspect they will be doing overtime due the massive work and maintenance planning they have to do.


They can't just magically pull new servers out of their butts. So there's only so much you can do.




And let's face it, we had issues long before Covid was even a thing. Why spend a lot of money on new servers when the issue will fix itself anyway. Look at how many new servers we got (again before covid when there was no supply issues) vs the popularity rise.
From a business perspective it's not a good idea to spend a lot of money on new expensive servers when the issue will resolve itself over time.

I'm not sure if we can get corporate to approve the expense, but if so it could give our subscription numbers a boost as well as improve the user experience for our foreign fans across the pond."
