    Hello! Because I'm dumb I deleted all mails regarding the charge and early access of Endwalker. I registered the preorder and was able to play from Dec 3rd. I already payed for EW. But what to do if I'm not getting a E-Mail with the final code? I'm sure that I buyed from the SE online Store but there's only my Shb CE and nothing else? Didn't remember that SE wants me to type 2 codes and thought all is done.

    I'm dumb, I'm in panic :-(

    Go to the square enix eu store, login to your account and check Orders -> FFXIV collector edition > unlock key > second key is your code.
