Where are the forum mods?

Pretty much title, I've seen threads and people posting offensive comments toward the devs and other people, while I understand the are very frustrated people out there, it is no reason to get this angry and frankly abusive. There should be removed or given the oportunity to re-write their post in, if not more constructive, a civil way.

Forum, and the game are moderated by reporting something and them looking at it afterwards if enough ppl report it.

The only moderation in this game is the tech support that tells you a copy paste message and hopes that a player actually answers the question so they can close the threat.

So unless stuff is reported ... i dont think much happens.

Forums used to be strictly moderated.
Even mild cussing would result in a forum vacation.
In recent months, the forums seem to be completely unmoderated, not sure why.

Are y'all reading a different OP? The one I'm reading definitely mentions *offensive* comments, which I'm sure means insults and threats since I have seen some of those in the past day or so.

I'm pretty sure most forums try to filter those out...

Every one is entitled to their opinions, wright or wrong, but the devs, who may or may not read the comments, don't deserve the misstreatment same as you or me.

We are definitely reading the same OP. And I am definitely seeing that OP's main concern here seems to be certain comments being made towards devs that are too abrasive.
Okay, sure. Some of these people are definitely seeing how far they can go when posting such inflammatory content, but OP making this seem like a one-sided issue as if those on the other side of the coin have not been further inciting people already upset with queue errors just feels a bit dishonest.

At the end of the day, when an issue this major isn't around to complain about, the forums shouldn't look like this. The queue situation is a more relevant issue than anything else going on, and with both sides feeding off of each other's negativity it's really just become something that can't be moderated. It'll calm down when the issue is fixed, or when enough time passes for people to stop caring.

Calling people "crybabies" and "whiners" and not adding anything constructive to a thread, regardless of how productive YOU think the thread is, is not a case of "thinking the right way". The people doing that crap are making the forum worse, not better, and they are violating the rules of the forums.

Amusingly the first person to reply to this post does exactly what I was pointing out. Good job being the problem described, I guess?

If this is about feeling attacked, or someone actually posting something offensive towards someone, there is a report button at in the brown bar on the bottom of their post. It's depicted as a triangle with an exclamation point, on the left side, just underneath the avatar, join date, and post count.
But if this is because we're trying to stop people from posting specific thoughts or express certain opinions, because we're thinking it "too harsh" or "unfair," feel free to report the initial post as well, but until the mods come in and decide to delete the mean and scary post, harden your tatas.

I swear, soon I'll be reading that someone's forum post was "violence" towards someone else.
