Look, I get being frustrated but will getting a refund make a difference? Like... won't you just, buy the expac again wherever the situation gets better? You will stop playing ffxiv forever over this?

I do wish we could have some sort of compensation like sub days, perhaps. I was expecting long-ass lines but getting kicked out of the queue is painful.

Also, there were warnings months in advance. And they posted a whole thing last week on what to expect.

You are not paying an additional fee for said access. It is an incentive to buy it early.
