I've been able to put in 4 solid hours each day since the patch released. 7:30 am to 11:30 am on Friday, and 5 am to 9 am on Saturday. As have tens of thousands of other people (up to 1.156 million people if the 17,000 maximum population for each of the 68 worlds is correct).
Of course, if 1.156 million people try to log in at once, there's going to be major congestion. 26 minutes and counting. Queue dropped from 2950 to 2090.
At a guess, if 32,000 people try to log onto Gilgamesh, only 17,000 will be accommodated. Popular worlds will take more queue time.
