They have given out free time in the past because of these issues.I don't want my money back. But I do definitely think it's facetious to claim customers should tolerate bad situations surrounding products they paid for just cause its the norm.
I think Square were right to apologise, and I would like to see more action to get the software more robust when queues of this size happen so that perhaps even if the servers are struggling we at least don't need to launch the game over and over just to requeue.
It would be nice to see them maybe extend sub-time though to compensate for the days we've paid for our subs but have been unable to play properly.
