    Wasn't the main point of the merge to be a merge? Its main purpose was not to be a transfer, it was to make populations larger. Thus is has succeeded.

    Maybe but they've marketed it to the players as a transfer so it is no wonder people are a bit confused now.

    Absolutely correct, and if they want they can all go to Ragnarok. But, you know the minority just want to complain, and they'll most likely ignore this irrefutable factual logic.
