Sprint Duration test assistance please

Only they don't.

Without the boots, the buff should be lower, it's the same amount.
Buff is 50% and yet no boots and buff is the same 30 seconds.

The town itself seems to be causing both to be ignored.

Thus wanting a number of people to report durrations under a number of conditons and locations.

Some places seem to count as city states but not "large cities" for example... but I didn't think to write all of them down.

If the buff is 50%, it's the same buff the boots provide. They're the same buff, so they do not stack. One or the other or both, you get 30 seconds of sprint.
