You saw a large increase in your player base before the new expansion. You knew in advance how many subscribers you had... You had additional time to add equipment. This was a complete slap in the face to everyone who preordered. The initial launch occurred as promised at 4am est... and there was a 1500 person queue. I didn't try most of the day because of work, but I logged in this evening, peek hours I'm sure... wasted 2 hours trying to connect because the Lobby broke twice starting with 3500 people... it got down below 1500 (which is still another 20 minutes...) but crashed. and I was thrown to the back of the queue... I'm sure many other players are dealing with the same thing. Hopefully Square Enix will do something to recognize the patience of the player community like reward them a mount or something they planned to sell on the store.

Try to continue to be patient. Many share in your frustration. Myself included. It truly is a theme park MMO. Some are currently enjoying the rides. Some are outside kicking the dirt. But we will all enjoy EW and some point.
