Mogstation items like Fantasias are not appearing in mog mail after hours of waiting

I've waited 10 hours before, and that was not during a patch, or expansion launch.

I'm still waiting on items from before 6.0 maitenance took place on an alt. Shows was charged be still haven't got them over 2 days later. So tells me its down and not working. Says longest you should have to wait is 24 hours.
