    Wow, some serious knee-jerk reactions here. The merge hasn't even started yet and people are freaking out. I think the best part is how people are assuming what SE is doing, or funnier yet, what they should have done.

    If at the end of the day (or in this case month) you still don't end up on the server you want, that would be a problem. This instant gratification thing is getting old.

    Maybe due to the high possibility that if you don't get your request in NOW, you'll get left behind by the rest of your LS when THEY got in before the server became full.

    This is an asinine merger process, totally unnecessary, and with SE's part history of server mergers people have a reason to be worried.
