Monk Leaden Fist - Quick Question

As of EW you'll still be only able to see Leaden Fist via the tiny buff icon, which is a shame because it can get easily lost amidst the chaos if you play with jobs like AST or DNC.

Personally I think it should straight up get the Raiden Thrust treatment, in other words, an animation change and an icon change in your bar to indicate its activation. It would be a lot better than trying to spy the buff icon.
