(I've been TRYING to draw an explanation, but alas, my hands are HELLA betraying me today D; )
Just.. imagine a hairstyle, but instead of hair, it's made out of jewelry and veils. Braids of gold (or any other kind of metallic) rope accented with colored beads and ribbons, etc.
I'm just super in love with the idea of their racial hairs being super artsy headwear, and that one short female ronso hair. :P
(once again, allow the other standard/earned hairs as an option. Canonically they can be wigs/extensions)

Those viera look scary lol. I wish we could have more rough options for both male and female viera. I think defending the forest is a very dangerous task for both genders.
Then again thinking about it I‘d wish we could get more of those options for every race!
